Update: Stelli got in touch. He was apologetic and eager to make things right. He offered to fully refund the purchase and/or send me a new sign. I suggested a partial refund since we will fix/modify ourselves. He agreed. Great customer service especially considering I thought the purchase was over and done!

I purchased at the end of May, received quickly in the beginning of June. The product itself was different than what I expected but it did the job and highlighted our street number, saving me the time to make ourselves so I was content. Didnt leave a review because I figured the difference was on me. However, came home tonight to the first plastic digit laying in the grass after only roughly 3.5 months. Im planning on re-gluing it in the short term but will likely swap out with metal numbers screwed into the wood.
